I worked with Dr Sarah recently on some hip pain I was experiencing after running. She was very thoughtful and thorough in her evaluation and assessments. I appreciated the time she took to go through many options to narrow down where the problem was coming from. She then addressed the issue and gave me a few stretches and exercises to continue at home. I would highly recommend her services to fellow runners and athletes.

Dimensions PT and Sarah are great! I went to her pretty convinced I wouldn’t be able to run my marathon, but she was able to fix my problem in 1-2 sessions and I completed my race in a personal best.
