At Dimensions Physical Therapy, we help active people — runners, athletes, and busy parents — move better, recover faster, and build long-term health. Every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No rushed visits. No cookie-cutter plans. Just real, personalized care designed around your goals.
Most clinics rush you through 30-minute sessions, hand you a generic exercise sheet, and send you on your way. You deserve better than that.
You show up and spend half the session with an aide while your PT bounces between three other patients. Your care gets lost in the shuffle — and so does your progress.
Ice, heat, and a resistance band routine might calm symptoms, but if no one’s looking at the root cause of your pain, you’ll be back at square one within months.
Generic rehab isn’t built for athletes, runners, or active parents. If your PT doesn’t understand your sport or lifestyle, you’ll never get back to performing at the level you want.
Dimensions Physical Therapy was built for people who refuse to settle for average. Every visit is a full 60-minute, one-on-one session with Dr. Sarah O’Reilly — a Doctor of Physical Therapy with expertise in sports rehab, pelvic floor care, and functional medicine. We dig into the root cause of what’s holding you back, build a plan around your life, and use advanced hands-on techniques to get you moving again. Looking for physical therapy near me that actually fits your active lifestyle? This is it.
Your first session is a comprehensive biomechanical assessment. Dr. Sarah takes the time to understand your history, your goals, and what’s really driving your pain or limitation — not just the symptom on the surface.
You receive a fully individualized plan built around your sport, lifestyle, and recovery timeline. Expect hands-on treatment, targeted exercise programming, and advanced modalities — all in one dedicated session.
With consistent 1-on-1 care and ongoing programming adjustments, you’ll rebuild strength, move pain-free, and get back to running, training, and living without worrying when the pain will come back.
Whether you’re rehabbing a running injury, recovering from surgery, navigating pregnancy and postpartum, or managing chronic pain that’s been ignored for years — Dimensions PT has the expertise to help. We treat a wide range of conditions using evidence-based, hands-on physical therapy in Cambridge that’s tailored to who you are, not just your diagnosis.

Everything you need to know before your first visit to Dimensions PT in Cambridge.
Dimensions PT is a self-pay clinic, which means we don’t bill insurance directly. This allows us to spend 100% of our time focused on your care — not paperwork. Many patients submit claims to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Call us to discuss pricing and options.
Your first session is a full 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation with Dr. Sarah O’Reilly. She’ll take a thorough history, perform a comprehensive movement screen and biomechanical assessment, and begin hands-on treatment in the same visit. You’ll leave with a clear plan.
In Massachusetts, you can see a physical therapist directly without a physician referral for up to 30 days. We’ll let you know if a referral becomes necessary for your case.
We treat a wide range of orthopedic, sports, and pelvic floor conditions — including knee, hip, shoulder, foot, and back pain; running injuries; ACL and post-surgical rehab; pelvic floor dysfunction; incontinence; diastasis recti; prenatal and postpartum care; headaches; and scoliosis.
Not at all. Pelvic floor PT is beneficial for anyone experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, hip pain, or core dysfunction — including during pregnancy, menopause, and beyond. Dr. Sarah’s pelvic floor training makes this care accessible and comfortable for all patients.
We’d love to hear from you. Reach out by phone or email and Dr. Sarah will personally help you figure out if Dimensions PT is the right fit.
