Welcome to The Mom Athlete. We sit down with the moms defying limits in their sports and the brands showing up for them, because these mom athletes deserve a whole lot more noise made about them. I created this space because mom athletes deserve to feel seen, supported, and fired up, in their sport AND in their motherhood. You’ll leave every episode inspired, smarter about your training, and reminded that doing both isn’t just possible, it’s powerful.
