I’m here to help mom athletes like you because I am you. I’m a mom-to-be, Pelvic Floor Doctor of Physical Therapy, Fitness Coach and lifelong athlete who has no intention of slowing down—during pregnancy, postpartum, or beyond. Staying active has always been a vital part of who I am, and I believe that pregnancy should enhance, not limit, our ability to move and stay strong.
