Sarah is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, USAT Level-1 coach with 10+ years of experience. She received her B.A. in Nutritional Biochemistry and Metabolism and is enrolled in the Institute for Functional Medicine Practitioner Certification Course.
She is specialized in both orthopedic and pelvic floor Physical Therapy. She approaches treatment with each patient from a whole body perspective in order to achieve the best results and most individualized care. She started her career at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation before starting Dimensions Physical Therapy in a crossfit gym and state-of-the-art rowing facility in Cleveland, OH. Dimensions PT is now located in East Cambridge, MA.
Whether you are a pregnant or postpartum momma, triathlete, runner, crossfitter or just general active person Sarah can help get you back to your healthiest self. In order to do so, she looks at several dimensions of your life simultaneously including fitness, injuries, nutrition and more. She is trained in various treatment techniques including Functional Range Conditioning, Dry Needling, Blood Flow Restriction Training among others!

She currently divides her time between Argentina and The United States of America, where she immerses herself in diverse communities and brings a global perspective to her practice. Her multicultural background allows her to connect with people from all walks of life, and she thrives on the opportunity to build relationships and learn from others.
