At Dimensions PT, every session is a full 60 minutes, one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Whether you’re managing pelvic floor dysfunction, recovering postpartum, or chasing a new PR, we find the root cause — and keep you moving while we fix it. Self-pay, transparent pricing. No surprise bills.
Most PT clinics see 3–4 patients per hour, hand you off to an aide, and send you home with the same generic exercise sheet. You deserve better — and your body does too.
You waited weeks for an appointment, got 10 minutes with an actual PT, and spent the rest of the session alone on a table with a heat pack. Your pain is still there — because no one looked at why it started.
Generic exercises and one-size-fits-all protocols treat the symptom, not the source. If you’re a runner, lifter, or postpartum mom, your care needs to match your body, your goals, and your life.
Being sidelined isn’t a treatment plan. If your PT’s only advice is to rest and hope for the best, you’re leaving performance — and long-term health — on the table.
Dimensions PT was built for people who refuse to accept ‘slow down and see how it feels.’ You get a full hour, every visit, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who is also a CrossFit coach and triathlon coach. That means your care plan is built around your sport — not a generic protocol. We combine orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health physical therapy expertise with functional medicine nutrition coaching, advanced modalities, and data-driven performance testing, all under one roof in East Cambridge.
Talk directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — no scheduling desk, no gatekeeping. Tell us what’s going on, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to get back to. We’ll tell you honestly if we’re the right fit.
Your first session is a deep-dive biomechanical evaluation. We assess your movement patterns, strength, mobility, and history — including pelvic floor function if relevant — to find the real source of your pain or limitation, not just where it hurts.
We build a treatment plan around your sport, your schedule, and your recovery timeline. No generic handouts. No benching you unnecessarily. You’ll leave every session knowing exactly what we did, why we did it, and what to do next.
From pelvic floor dysfunction and postpartum recovery to running injuries, back pain, and post-surgical rehab — if it’s limiting you, we want to hear about it. Our Cambridge clinic treats a wide range of conditions across pelvic health, sports medicine, and orthopedic physical therapy. Looking for pelvic health physical therapy near me? You’ve found the right place.

Everything you need to know before your first visit to our Cambridge pelvic health and sports PT clinic.
Dimensions PT is a self-pay clinic, which means you pay directly for your care without going through insurance. This model allows us to spend a full 60 minutes with you every session — no billing-driven shortcuts, no surprise invoices months later. We provide superbills upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
You speak directly with a Doctor of Physical Therapy — not a front-desk coordinator. We listen to what’s going on, what you’ve already tried, and what your goals are. If we’re the right fit, we’ll get you scheduled. No pressure, no sales pitch.
No referral is required. Massachusetts is a direct-access state, which means you can schedule physical therapy — including pelvic health physical therapy in Cambridge — without seeing your doctor first.
In most cases, yes. One of our core values is keeping you in your sport during recovery. We modify your program around your injury rather than pulling you out of training entirely — unless clinical assessment says otherwise.
Pelvic health PT at Dimensions includes a comprehensive assessment of pelvic floor muscle function, core coordination, and abdominal integrity. Depending on your concerns — incontinence, pelvic pain, diastasis recti, prenatal or postpartum issues — treatment may include internal pelvic floor techniques, breathwork, neuromuscular re-education, and individualized therapeutic exercise.
Every visit is one-on-one with a Doctor of PT for a full 60 minutes. We combine orthopedic, pelvic health, and sports PT expertise with functional medicine nutrition coaching, advanced modalities (dry needling, cupping, BFR, Graston), and objective performance testing — all in one clinic in East Cambridge.
