Back Pain That Won't Quit Is Costing You

You’ve tried rest, you’ve tried stretching, maybe you’ve even tried another PT clinic — but the pain keeps coming back. When back pain goes untreated or undertreated, the consequences go beyond discomfort. It sidelines your training, disrupts your sleep, and chips away at the life you’ve built around staying active.

Missed Training & Setbacks

Every week with unresolved back pain is another week of lost progress — missed runs, skipped workouts, and fitness goals slipping further out of reach.

Band-Aid Fixes That Don’t Last

Cookie-cutter exercise sheets and rushed appointments at high-volume clinics treat your symptoms — not the source. The pain returns because the root cause never gets addressed.

Chronic Pain Becomes the New Normal

Ignored back pain has a way of becoming chronic. What started as a manageable ache can evolve into a long-term limitation that affects every corner of your life.

Everything you need to know before booking your first back pain appointment at Dimensions PT.

Dimensions Physical Therapy is a self-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly, which means no surprise bills, no claim denials, and no limits on the type or length of treatment you receive. Many patients find that the quality and efficiency of 1-on-1 care more than offsets the out-of-pocket cost. HSA and FSA cards are typically accepted — contact us to confirm.

Every session is 60 minutes, 1-on-1 with Dr. Sarah O’Reilly — from start to finish. There are no hand-offs to aides or assistants. Sessions typically include a movement assessment, hands-on treatment (such as manual therapy, dry needling, or cupping), and guided therapeutic exercise. You’ll also receive a personalized home exercise program through our web app.

Dry needling is a technique that uses thin needles to target tight muscle bands and trigger points contributing to your back pain. It is distinct from acupuncture and works by releasing muscular tension and promoting healing in the affected tissue. Dr. Sarah will determine during your assessment whether dry needling is appropriate for your condition and discuss it with you before beginning.

Every patient and every case is different. After your initial assessment, Dr. Sarah will outline a realistic treatment timeline based on the root cause of your back pain, your goals, and your activity level. Many active patients see significant improvement within a few weeks of consistent treatment.
